1. Returns
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
In addition, please note the following conditions:
- Products that have been assembled, damaged, or customized cannot be returned.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.
- Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, unless the product is defective or a delivery error occurred.

2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days. Furthermore, the refund will be issued through the same payment method used for your purchase or, if you prefer, as a store credit.
This ensures a transparent and secure refund process for all our customers.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you wish to exchange your product for the same item, please contact us directly at:

4. In-store Returns
Alternatively, you can return your product directly at our physical store. We will gladly assist you in person and inspect the product together to confirm the return eligibility.
